MY PROJECTS:

Dear Pesky Partners...: Alternate history scenario where Nintendo and Philips successfully produce the SNES-CD. Doesn't strictly focus on video games, it also looks at pop culture in general as well! Inspired by Player Two Start, though it'll do some things differently than it. Actively being updated on alternatehistory.com. Read it here.Doctor Who: Universal: An alternative history/Doctor Who AU where CBS picks up Doctor Who in the mid-90's for a series instead of Fox doing the TV Movie and Universal coproduces Doctor Who with the BBC for the forseeable future. In active development, I'm planning out episode ideas at the moment. Somewhat inspired by WIDWWA, for those who know about it. A variant of it appears in Pesky Partners.Undetale: Ninth Child/Scarlet: An Undertale AU about another child who falls down instead of Frisk due to some shenanigans caused by [REDACTED]. Not in really "active" development, kinda just in the back of my head.????????????: Who knows what the future holds...

OTHER STUFF/MISC. OPINIONS

  • I suck HORRENDOUSLY at rhythm games. FNF, DDR, doesn't matter, I always get confused when a bunch of notes come down and end up just pressing a bunch of random buttons. I'm also not that great at keeping a beat, so I stink at Rhythm Heaven as well.

  • I actually prefer Paper Mario 64 to Thousand Year Door. I stopped playing TTYD during Chapter 4, whereas I only stopped playing 64 during Chapter 5 because of an emulator issue my first time around (this was like 2016 when N64 emulation was far crustier). I've since played through a lot more of PM64.

  • New Super Mario Bros. DS is peak New Soup in my eyes, I will defend that game no matter what. Some of it is nostalgia, but also genuinely believing it's a damn good game.

  • Skyward Sword is a pretty good game in my opinion. I will not elaborate further.

  • Never played Majora's Mask. I feel like I'd screw up a bunch in regards to time management, I can be really bad at that.

  • The Eleventh Doctor is my personal favorite. His goofiness and mannerisms, along with his struggles with his own mortality really speak to me. Also, we both like bowties.

  • I honestly enjoyed Doctor Who Series 11 quite a bit when I first watched it and thought it was pretty decent. Series 12 has... issues, for sure, but I don't hate it as much as some folks in the fanbase. Haven't seen Flux/Series 13, so I have no judgement on it.

  • A sequel to Wario World is one of Nintendo's biggest missed oppurtunities. Imagine a more open-ended, 3D Wario game where there's treasure everywhere and plenty of enemies to crush.
